The ability to raise concerns, even anonymously, is an important part of maintaining this commitment. The Employee Reporting Hotline provides an independent and confidential resource for reporting concerns involving workplace conduct, ethical issues, company policies, financial matters, safety, security, legal or regulatory requirements, or other potentially improper activity.

While the hotline is an important resource, it is not your only avenue for speaking up. CIG Companies encourages team members to raise questions and concerns through the reporting channel they feel is most appropriate and comfortable.

Anonymous Reporting

CIG Companies allows individuals to remain anonymous when submitting a report. All reports and concerns are expected to be made in good faith and with honesty and fairness.

If you wish to remain anonymous, please do not provide your name or other information that could identify you when submitting your concern. Providing as much relevant detail as possible can assist CIG Companies in appropriately reviewing and responding to the matter.

If you choose to remain anonymous, it is especially important that you retain your Report ID and PIN and periodically return to the reporting site. This allows you to review any follow-up questions and provide additional information while maintaining your anonymity.

Every reasonable effort will be made to protect the confidentiality of the reporting individual. However, information provided through a report may result in an internal or external review or investigation, and circumstances may arise in which an individual’s identity becomes apparent through that process.

CIG Companies does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith or participate in an investigation.

Submitting a Report

You may submit a report through this website or, if you prefer to speak with someone live, you may call 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

When submitting a report online, you will receive a Report ID and create your own PIN. Please write down this information and keep it in a secure location.

You can use your Report ID and PIN to return to the website, review the status of your report, respond to follow-up questions, and provide additional information.

Please note that information submitted through this reporting service, whether a report is fully or partially completed, may be collected by Veritas Solutions Group and provided to CIG Companies for appropriate review and follow-up.

Matters to Report

This service is intended to provide a resource for reporting serious concerns involving CIG Companies, its employees, operations, business practices, or workplace. Examples may include:

•  Fraud, theft, bribery, corruption, or other financial misconduct
• Conflicts of interest or other ethical concerns
• Violations of company policies or standards of professional conduct
• Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or other inappropriate workplace behavior
• Misuse of company assets, property, resources, or confidential information
• Accounting, financial reporting, internal control, or business process concerns
• Safety, security, environmental, or privacy concerns
• Potential violations of laws, regulations, or contractual obligations
• Conduct that could negatively affect CIG Companies, its employees, business partners, customers, projects, or reputation
• Other serious improper or unethical conduct

Report Review and Resolution

Reports submitted through Veritas Solutions Group will be provided to designated representatives of CIG Companies for appropriate review.

The response to a report will depend on the nature and circumstances of the concern. CIG Companies may conduct an initial review to determine whether further investigation or other action is appropriate. Some matters may be addressed through corrective action or other appropriate steps without requiring a formal investigation.

If you submitted your report through the website, we encourage you to periodically return using your Report ID and PIN. There may be follow-up questions or additional information regarding your report.
